The cheapest way into a branded Diwali order from the six corporate gifting companies we checked costs ₹4,250. The dearest entry point costs ₹49,950. The hampers themselves are not that far apart. The gap comes almost entirely from one number most buyers look at last: the minimum order.
We read each company's own website on 26 and 27 September 2026 and noted what it states about minimum order, branding and lead time. Four of the six ask for 50 units before they will brand anything. One takes 10 pieces. One sets a different minimum on each hamper, from 20 to 300. The lead times they publish run from 2 to 6 weeks, and Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday 8 November, so the widest of those windows opens on 27 September and the narrowest closes around 25 October.
Before you compare hampers, compare minimum orders: at the companies we checked, that one number moves the smallest possible branded Diwali order from ₹4,250 to ₹49,950.
Corporate gifting companies compared: minimum order, branding, lead time
Everything below is what each company says on its own site. Blank means the pages we read did not say.
| Company | Base | Minimum order | Branding offered | Stated lead time | Diwali range per unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Hamper Company | Delhi NCR | 50 hampers | Logo on box, ribbon, tags and wrappers | 2 to 3 weeks branded; 4 to 6 weeks at Diwali | from ₹999 to ₹1,499 |
| EleWrap Gifting Studio | Bengaluru | Usually 50; smaller pilots sometimes | Logo, brand colours, message card | Brief by early October | ₹85 to ₹1,799 |
| The Zappy Box | Not stated | 50 for branded Diwali boxes | Logo, message, contents changed | 2 to 3 weeks | ₹740 to ₹4,550 |
| IGP | Not stated | 20, 25 or 300, by hamper | Items marked personalisable | Not stated | ₹635 to ₹4,715 |
| FlowerAura | Not stated | 10 pieces | Logo, messages, packaging | Not stated | ₹500 to ₹6,715 |
| Swackit | Not stated | 50 units | Logo on merchandise | Not stated | Merchandise from ₹85 |
All six deliver across India. The Hamper Company also charges a sample fee, which it adjusts against the final order.

A Delhi NCR corporate hamper studio whose Diwali boxes pair dry fruits with diyas, wall hangings, kahwa or sweets, with logo branding and paid samples. Delivers across India and advises booking 4–6 weeks before Diwali.
A Bengaluru gifting studio that assembles branded corporate hampers; its Diwali range is brass diyas, pooja sets, urlis and prosperity kits rather than food. Ships to one office or splits across employees' addresses, and asks for briefs by early October.

A gift store putting together hampers and personalised gifts: frames, drinkware, rakhis, Christmas decor, stationery and aromatherapy.

A corporate gifting catalogue: welcome kits, diaries, drinkware, bags, apparel and other brands' electronics, branded with your logo, and awards engraved with a name. It takes only orders of 50 units or more.
What the minimum order really costs you
A minimum order times the cheapest item it applies to gives the smallest cheque a company will accept. Worked out from each site's own prices:
- EleWrap: 50 hampers at ₹85 is ₹4,250.
- FlowerAura: 10 pieces at ₹500 is ₹5,000.
- IGP: 25 of its ₹635 hamper is ₹15,875.
- The Zappy Box: 50 boxes at ₹740 is ₹37,000.
- The Hamper Company: 50 hampers at ₹999 is ₹49,950.
So a founder buying for 12 people and an HR team buying for 400 should be talking to different companies. A team of 12 can only use the low-minimum sellers without paying for gifts nobody receives.
How to judge a corporate gifting quote
A quote is only comparable if it answers the same six questions. Ask each company for these in writing:
- Price per unit, including GST and delivery. Some quotes add delivery per address later.
- Minimum order, and whether it applies per design or across the whole order. IGP's differs by hamper.
- What branding costs. Logo printing, a custom sleeve and a message card are often priced separately.
- One address or many. EleWrap says it can ship to one office or split across employees' homes; ask every vendor what splitting adds.
- A dated delivery promise. "Before Diwali" is not a date. Ask for the latest dispatch date in writing.
- A sample, and whether its fee comes off the final bill, as The Hamper Company says it does.
Two quotes that differ by ₹200 a unit can end up the same once delivery to 60 homes and a printed sleeve are added, which is why the per-unit number on the first page of a quote tells you very little on its own. Put every quote into the same six rows, add the extras, and divide by the number of people who will actually receive a gift, not the number the vendor needs you to order. That last step matters most for small teams, because a 50-unit minimum on a 30-person order quietly raises the real cost of each gift by two thirds.
What to put in the box
Branding is where corporate gifts go wrong. In our study of 4,125 Reddit posts on corporate gifting, tote bags were among the most disliked gifts, and the advice that kept coming up was subtle branding: a small mark, not a logo printed across everything. Consumables and useful desk items did better.

Corporate & festive client hampers

Employee welcome kits

Branded merchandise
Two examples near ₹1,500 a unit, one edible and one for the desk:
If we were ordering for a team under 50 this Diwali, we would take a low-minimum seller's ready hamper and skip the logo, rather than pay for 50 branded boxes to use 30.
For what to spend per person, see corporate gift budgets by relationship. Gifts to employees are tax-free up to ₹15,000 a year, but cash is not; the tax guide has the numbers. Every company that takes bulk orders is on our bulk vendors list, and the corporate Diwali page has the dates.
Corporate gifting companies: common questions
What is the usual minimum order for corporate gifts in India?
At the six companies we checked, four ask for 50 units before branding. FlowerAura's minimum is 10 pieces, and IGP sets 20, 25 or 300 depending on the hamper.
How early should I order corporate Diwali gifts for 2026?
The companies we checked ask for 2 to 6 weeks. With Diwali on 8 November, that means booking between 27 September and about 25 October, earlier for branded orders.
Can a small company order branded corporate gifts?
Yes, but check the minimum first. EleWrap sometimes runs smaller pilots, and FlowerAura starts at 10 pieces; most others need 50.
Method: minimum orders, branding options, lead times and prices are from each company's own website, read on 26 September 2026 and re-checked for The Hamper Company, EleWrap, The Zappy Box and FlowerAura on 27 September. The smallest-order figures are our own arithmetic: the stated minimum times the lowest listed price. Prices change quickly before Diwali, so confirm on the seller's site. None of these companies pays GiftScene.
